The "fruits" of the Exoplanet group retreat in Sepember 2022
After a good 4 months of waiting, "our" cheese from Kartause Ittingen arrived and we could enjoy it in January 23.
A short review:
In September 2022, the Quanz Group had a group retreat at Kartause Ittingen. The topics were multi-layered, group dynamic, strategic and team building.
As a team, with joint forces and under the expert guidance of a cheesemaker, we were able to produce an approx. 6 kilo cheese loaf as well as very fine butter.
